Deceptively spacious detached Studio is cosy, comfortable, well equipped, TV, great Wi-Fi and very private. Car parking adjacent with own keyed front door takes you through into the hall and staircase leading upstairs where a spacious studio consisting of a full kitchen, micro-wave, fridge, kettle, air fryer and dinning area to seat up to four. There is a walk-in shower, w/c etc.

The Studio accommodates a maximum of two adults to share the king sized bed together with a pull out sofa bed is only suitable for to two young children noting that this sofa bed has a maximum combined weight limit of 80Kg

WiFi and parking for one vehicle is free.

Dogs, You need to notify us before arrival. Typically a maximum of two medium sized dogs are allowed but this can be discussed with the owner prior to arrival. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture. All dogs must be kept on lead.

The website has a minimum booking of three nights for this property.

Due to the stairs leading up to the Studio this property is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.
